Stopped working after two months

I love the coffee but hate the machine. It worked only two months before it died. Solid white light that did nothing when you pressed it. Tried getting support but got transferred to no where until I gave up. Really bad support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee, terrible tech

Went through four of these machines. Each would work great for about 6 months, then it would start erroring and could not recover. Definitely get Nespresso (so delish!!). Definitely get a DIFFERENT model.

Need new machine every couple months

On our 4 machine and one listed 4 months and the shortest was 2 weeks. Get a different model

Leeks from everywhere

I was so excited to finally take this brand new machine out of storage (due to covid, I didn't move as planned) but after just ONE use the machine started to leak water from the top. it wasn't so bad at first but now just maybe 20 uses in, it forms puddles and leaks everywhere and my coffee mug is never filled. totally disappointed now i'm stuck with expensive pods and a messy broken machine that will only make half a cup of coffee. I've heard the original machines are great - so i'd stick to those.

Not a great model

My first one started leaking a couple of weeks after purchase, so the Nespresso team sent me a replacement which took about two weeks to arrive. The second one came and lasted about 4 months before issues with the blinking happened. Factory resets, cleaning, descaling; non of that worked. Our third one last almost a year before getting the same issue with the second one. The only reason I stuck with this product three times within a two year timeframe is because the coffee it produces is actually pretty good. The one star goes out to the amazing reps at the call center helping trouble shoot my issues. This model is a nightmare and a waste of expensive pods when trying to troubleshoot. Avoid at all cost.

I loved this machine when we first got it...but after the 5th machine in 1 year...we finally gave it up. We are now with the vertuo plus and are so happy!! Honestly Nespresso should stop production of the Next all together...which is sad because it could be a great machine

Blue light and not more working

So.. I’m from Italy,I drink coffee for breakfast,after my lunch and my dinner. This coffee was so good,so creamy I was really happy for the gift I received. Than happened my little toddler woke up at 4 am and all I was thinking soon I see him come back to sleep was to make me a coffee. Nothing are 3 pm the light still blue . No way for make the machine work back . Totally disappointed.

I love it but it does have flaws

I absolutely love my machine but there are a few flaws to the machinery of it. Sometimes it doesn’t work and I have to wait a few minutes and constantly press the button. My in laws also bought one and it workers really good until it just stopped working one day and they had theirs less that a year. I have had mine for two months now and I do love it but there definitely are flaws.. but the coffee taste so amazing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The light will begin to pulse slowly for about 30 seconds, indicating the “warm-up” phase. Once the light is steady the machine is ready for use. Insert your Nespresso capsule, and ensure the lever is fully locked. There should be a slight click sound when fully locked.
