Do not purchase this machine!

DONT BUY

I don't even know where to begin. Got this last Christmas and it worked great until it didn't. Called customer service and they replaced it about 6 months ago. Then the second one stopped working. We have had company for the holidays with no coffee because this machine cant consistently work. We have done everything we're supposed to. Clean it, descale, you name it. This machine needs to be discontinued.

I have to tell the truth, this is the worse!

I’m very very disappointed with Nespresso, I bought this machine this month and what nightmare. The machine is loud the coffee doesn’t taste good more like water. The machine is constantly linking on my kitchen marble. I had this so madly.

Leaks/breaks from few uses - stop selling this

Pull this product Nespresso, people will still buy your other products. This one is only causing you problems and tarnishing the reputation of your products. Have no idea why you would keep selling these knowing they are all defective.

Leakage and NOW nothing!

Nespresso, clearly this machine has a problem. This is my third Nespresso machine and have never had any problems with my other two. I wanted the Vertuo Next for the latest features and ignored the BAD reviews. Unfortunately after only three weeks of use my new machine is having the same problems as all others, water leaking and now it will not work at all. Love how the only 5 star reviews are from "influencers", or fair to say paid actors.

21 days - that is how long it lasted before malfunctioning. First it did not dispense enough coffee' and then it stopped dispesing completely. Factory reset the machine to no avail. That is disappointing because the coffee is great. I actually purchased two , I gifted one to my friend . Hers still works

Avoid at all costs!

I have had this machine for less than 4 months and its already basically useless. After only a couple months, the machine refuses to brew any coffee. I have called customer service, watched YouTube videos for fixes, descaled, cleaned, unpluged....the machine is just a piece for junk. As an avid coffee/espresso drinker, there is nothing more infuriating than fighting with your coffee machine every morning just to get it to brew a cup.

Okay so I bought this cause I loved the teal super cute...no nothing cute about it. It broke in 3 days of owning it. Loved the coffee and espresso when it worked...but not worth the aggravation. It started leaking EVERWHERE. AND NOW IT DOWSNT EVEN TURN ON...nope don't do it.
