Great but….

Worked great for a year. We descaled it as planned. And now we’re dealing with a grinding sound. And scraping on top of the pod cup. Went back to Keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A few issues but overall works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try this machine but the machine would not brew the first time that I tried to use it. I have to unplug the machine for about 5 minutes and then plug it back it. The machine decided to brew after that. When the machine works, it makes a really good up of coffee. There are times when the machine will decide not to brew and I will have to unplug it for 5 minutes. I love the fact that it came with a glass mug. I use the mug all of the time. The set up on this machine was very quick and easy.
Pros: Makes Delicious Espressos, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)

Nespresso Vertuo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the Nespresso Vertuo and very happy with machine. It's beautiful and I love the coffee. The only thing I am not crazy about is the way it opens and closes to put in the pod. The piece you have to turn to open and close is a bit stiff and feels like it might break.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy To Use

Very fancy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very fancy coffee machine. Which is very nice if you enjoy that kind of coffee. It is a bit hard to use just because there are different kinds of coffee that it could use, and it measures the water for each. So, if you are not fluent in coffee talk you may not be sure how much coffee you are receiving. The machine is nice and skinny though and very pretty. The pods are nice because it keeps clean up easy as well.
Pros: High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop
Cons: Does not make enough coffee in a cup, Too Expensive
