Save so much money on coffee

Both my husband and I really like this coffee machine. Even though the parts are a little bit pricey when you buy in bulk but if you calculate the amount of money you spend every day on coffee it’s gonna be much cheaper than going to Starbucks or Dunkin every day. So it’s definitely worth the money! It’s so fast, easy and convenient as well. You just put the pod in and do something else and your coffee is ready for you.

Favorite machine yet!

I've had two of these machines. The first I purchased. I cleaned it every week and always ejected the pod immediately. The impeller would sometimes jam up, but found a wonderful video on YouTube that taught me how to clear it. That worked swimmingly for a time and I thought I had successfully avoided the Next curse that everyone else seemed to be talking about. Nope! It finally had an error that could not be fixed, no matter how hard the CS tech tried. They sent me a new machine. It worked wonderfully for about two months. Then we unplugged it and set it aside to renovate our kitchen. When we went to install it on my new coffee station... dead. Not even a little dead. Would. Not. Turn. On. At all. I went out and bought the Vertuo Plus that day at the urging of my husband and will never look back. The Plus is just a better design (one-touch auto open/close; bigger reservoir that can be placed on either side) and seems to be more reliable mechanically. It's not that much of a price difference from the Next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely amazing cofee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG I loooooooove my Nespresso Vertuo Next! I never realized I could have quality espresso in the comfort of my house without having barista skills, but this thing is great! It's as simple as a k-cup machine and tastes as great as my local coffee shop! Just pop the pod in, put a clear glass under it, and a few minutes later you'll be sipping on a delicious treat. The Vertuo Next is an absolute must for all coffee lovers!
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Appealing Design
Cons: Too Expensive

sleek, but loud and back luck so far

Got this machine last Christmas from in-laws. I have enjoyed the coffee and espressos it produces. However that said I have had issues.
1. it is very loud which is livable but just a little dissapointed
2. the first machine I had just completely stopped working and would not power up. I went through with Support and they could not fix so they replaced with a refurbished machine. (good response and good customer service)
3. would have given more starts but wanted to give the refurbished machine a chance and well here we are 1 Month into the new machine and it is leaking from somewhere and now I will have to call back and go through the whole process again for a third machine. ;(
