Is the best capsule coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this coffee maker for my office because of its compact size, and ease of use. It is very small and takes up very little counter space. It only has one button on it, which makes it super simple. The design is very sleek and the way capsules pop in and automatically eject into a wastebasket is very cool. There is nearly zero cleanup needed and the water reservoir is extremely easy to remove from the back and fill with water. An added bonus is that it makes the office smell like delicious coffee for a few hours.
There are some downsides as there are with most capsule coffee makers, mostly that there are absolutely no options. The size of the coffee it makes, the pressure it uses and everything else is pre-determined by the capsules you purchase. Because of that, you can't just tell it to pour a double shot. This is usually a good thing as it's calibrated to make the best possible coffee with the capsule you got, and you can't mess it up, however it is limiting. One impressive thing is it takes about 20 seconds to 'warm up' in the morning, which is incredibly fast compared to other more traditional espresso machines I've used or drip coffee. It is 'noisy' when it's pouring the coffee, but isn't any louder than other espresso machines while pumping water. It comes with an app and can be WIFI connected (not required). I did try out the app and realized it was mostly to get you to register your device. The app doesn't control the device, you can't set timers or automation or anything, however it has sent me notifications that the lid wasn't fully closed. The app also has instructions on how to clean the machine and such which is nice.
Overall it's a great coffee maker, it does make great tasting coffee and as long as you're willing to buy their specific barcoded capsules it's a perfect option for a small area. I will likely stick with a more traditional espresso machine at home for the main kitchen as I like to experiment a little more with my coffee and prefer to buy unique bags of coffee beans over capsules, but I have found myself using it on the go just because of how quickly it makes coffee when I'm running behind and how easy it is to clean up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vertuo Next by Nespresso may be my new favorite kitchen appliance! First of all, the slim design was a VERY welcomed idea! I also enjoy that you can make three different sizes for your espresso/coffee needs! It came with a selection of capsules to use, and explains what each one is for. That was a fantastic idea, for someone new to this product/machine. This is a great product and I highly recommend it!

Good coffee but can get expensive

The coffee is delicious and the espresso has been a nice after dinner treat to get me through the rest of the evening. It has been so fun trying all the different types and now I have a better idea of what I like in a coffee or espresso. Absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Next Premium machine!

Efficiently great Espresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Vertuo Next a few weeks ago . I am an avid coffee drinker . I have an expensive ,name brand ,full size traditional grinder/frother/ espresso machine combo,a moderately priced , named brand single serve/carafe combo and a simple french press. I really enjoy coffee and love to attempt to recreate my favorite coffee house coffees and lattes .With the traditional espresso machine it can take me 15 to 20 mins or longer to make an espresso or coffee drink . It also requires cleanup and sometimes a little maintenance but it does make a great drink just extremely time consuming. When I'm in a hurry my go to is the single Kcup style maker . Convenient and easy to use with little clean up although the coffee rarely tastes as fresh nor as robust as the traditional maker but it does allow me to have a big selection of Kcups to choose from and I like having the option of brewing a carafe of coffee . Out of the box it took me 15 mins to get everything together and make my first espresso. Read the manual and follow the included instructions ! It's a really easy set up. My sleek new Vertuo Next has replaced all my bulky old makers ,freeing up much needed counter space and has become my new favorite choice for espresso/ specialty drink making at home. The technology of this machine is so smart! Tons of drink options & sizes including carafe. Pick your capsule, pop it in the machine and let it do its thing. Within mins you have a high quaility espresso , coffee or specialty drink .Super easy to use and maintain. The best part is the quality of the drinks ! The taste is fresh and exactly as described . I am so happy to have a quick option without sacrificing taste or quality. Efficiently great espresso and a wonderful addition to my busy lifestyle !
