Horrible!!! Barely last a year!!

My 4th machine broke after 15 months. Wasted quite a bit of coffee either from not reading codes or coffee pouring out from bottom of the machine. I spent more time trying to make a cup of coffee than actually enjoying it! So disappointing, especially for the price!

DO NOT BUY

So frustrated with this machine and this company. I got my Vertuo Next for Christmas 2021 and it's April 2022 and it's not working. Orange flashing light and leaking out the sides. Now it won't even try to work. Nespresso should replace every Vertuo Next machine they sold. I don't need help restarting or trouble shooting my machine. The reviews speak for themselves.

love the look, hate the machine

Got this machine as a Christmas gift and have been having issues with it already. The lever to open and close the lid is getting progressively harder to maneuver even after putting some machine oil on it (as directed by customer service). Then for the last couple weeks I have been getting an error message on the machine and have had to trouble shoot with customer service a couple of times until they eventually just said they'll send a replacement. The machine also never connected to wifi so i never got to enjoy that feature (and tbh I didnt need it.. just wanted a cup of coffee). I ended up requesting a completely different model since i don't want to deal with this one again.
On a positive note - customer service is amazing and I would not hesitate to call them again for anything.
This machine was a major bummer for me though...

Terrible Machine failed after 1 year

Nespresso has totally failed in this machine it is terrible. I purchased this machine 3/21/2021 and it already failed I got the orange blinking light and would not make coffee. Tried everything cleaning, reset factory settings etc nothing worked. This machine is terrible and cheaply made that is probably why it failed so quickly. Do not buy this machine it is terrible and the coffee does not even come out hot. Very dissapointed and Nespresso would not replace because It was just over a year so shame on you for not producing a quality product.

Its no wonder why this is discontinued

Had this machine a couple of months, and always had issues using it, half the cup goes into the drip tray when it actually works. They are sending me a replacement another crappy Vertuo Next they should stop sending these out give us a newer model that actually gives you your coffee instead of in the drop tray.

Do not buy this machine!!

I have been a Nespresso fan for over 4 years with Vertuo plus. Last weekend I decided to buy a Vertuo Next, it broke within 3 days of use. So thankful for the Nespresso team who is already sending us a new Vertuo plus due to the inconvenience but future buyers please save yourself time and go with a different nepresso!

Delicious coffee. Terrible machine

I really want to love this machine, but it gets harder everyday. We are on our second machine now in just under a year. Nespresso replaced the first one after about six months because we kept getting errors that would not reset. Turns out you can't use the Starbucks Nespresso pods (that say Nespresso all over the box) because it will reset the sensors and just stop reading pods. On our second machine signed up for automatic delivery of Nespresso coffee. We still get random errors after two cups almost daily. They usually reset themselves after a few hours or if I unplug the machine, but at this point it's more trouble than it's worth. Our second delivery of pods was so badly damaged the machine couldn't read them, but Nespresso did send out replacements right away free of charge . Love the coffee, but at this point not worth the expense of the machine, the pods or my time.

We certainly want your Nespresso experience to be special and exactly to your satisfaction. We suggest when turning on your machine, allow your machine to warm up. The light will begin to pulse slowly for about 30 seconds, indicating the “warm-up” phase. Once the light is steady the machine is ready for use. Insert your Nespresso capsule, and ensure the lever is fully locked. The lever must go past the lock symbol and there should be a slight click sound when fully locked. For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week. Nespresso offers a lifetime of troubleshooting support. The Worst of the Worst

Don’t be fooled by the new fancy rose-gold trimmings, it’s the same machine. It didn’t even last a year. It’s Nespresso’s worst machine yet. Wasted time and money trying to get it to work. Thankfully I had my old Nespresso Original machine, guess I’ll be reverting back to that one. It’s unfortunate, I really wanted to like this Vertuo machine for it’s coffee making options.
