Love love love Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s nothing more I love more than my husband but Nespresso comes close. Nespresso has an amazing customer service and they will help you with whatever you need. The coffee is amazing. Before Nespresso I used to have 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day and now I only need one. I would much rather drink my Nespresso then go to a coffee shop

Excellent Machine

I’ve had mine since 5/2020 and over 2 yrs later it’s still working perfectly. No problems or issues at any point. It’s easy to clean, and my partner and I use it almost daily (if not multiple times a day). I’ve now recommended this to all my friends as this has really been one of the better kitchen appliance investments I’ve made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke TWICE

I love Nespresso but my machine broke a few months in. They sent me a replacement, but it was refurbished and broke a couple of weeks in. Definitely going to try Vertuo Plus since the reviews are better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems

I got this from my son. His mother in law and he have the older version and I always loved it so he bought me the "upgraded" version. Unfortunately I have had nothing but problems. Dozens of wasted cups, leaks daily and needs to be unplugged and reset frequently. What makes me give this machine 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love the coffee so I keep using it. I will be contacting the company soon to see if they will replace it or give me a significant credit to purchase a different model. It's funny though because I keep recommending the product (original or older model) to friends. Will keep you posted......
