I unfortunately got a defective one that wouldn’t leave descaling mode. Best coffee I’ve ever had before it had this issue.

I loved this machine when I first got it. It made great tasting espresso and was a nice machine. But after a year or two of owning it, I have noticed a few issues. First, there are always grounds in my coffee regardless of how much I clean and descale the machine. Now the pod that you put the capsule is starting to stick. I feel like the quality of my espresso is way different than when I first purchased the machine. I have tried cleaning, descaling, everything. Perhaps the lifespan of this machine is only a year? I have read similar reviews on this particular machine which makes me wonder if it’s a quality control issue.

I’m obsessed with this machine I’ve had it for 8 months now and it works so well and the coffees and lattes taste amazing

A step up from the Essenza, I couldn't be more satisfied with this espresso machine's functionality and ease of use. Plus, it's so chic and will fit beautifully with any kitchen. It's a great value because you will be using this for many months or years to come!

I got this as a gift for Christmas and am IN LOVE! This was a game changer for me. Perfectly made coffee and espresso at home has saved me so much money. Will always love this machine!
