I love it! It

I love it! It makes excellent coffee. The milk foamer that comes with this foams milk really well! My only downside was the bluetooth wasn't working properly and the descaling functionality took forever to be figured out! But it's still absolutely worth it for the coffee!

Great coffee, but machine does not last.

We got a Nespresso after having one in our room at a luxury hotel- it was our favorite of all the amentities! All of the Nespresso machines we have used have made great coffee, so that's not an issue. We had the Next for less than a year before it stopped working properly (by comparison, we had a cheaper Keurig that lasted 10+ years). Nespresso Customer Service did kindly send us a replacement machine, which stopped working in less than a week. We are now on our 2nd replacement. Nespresso is a great company, but I don't recommend this particular machine. In addition to it not lasting, it has a small water reservoir and gives you no indication prior to brewing that you're low on water, so you'll need to remember to check before every cup (takes getting used to if you're accustomed to other machines that warn "add water" etc.) We were sent a VertuoPlus as we were dissatisfied with the Next, but can't properly review that yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While I do love

While I do love my current nespresso, this product was annoyingly manual compared to the previous version and ended up breaking within three months which is unacceptable, especially at this cost. I would recommend the previous model, which was what the companies customer service said to us and what they sent as a replacement

I absolutely am in love with this coffee maker. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to have anything else in my life. ( yes, it’s that good) The pods are a little more on the pricey side, but we’ll worth it if your looking for quality coffee. I would most recommend.

This is my favorite part of the morning. I got the capsule holder as well. My favorite pods are in my storefront for reference, but I tink they're called Voltesso, then there's double Chairo and Scuro, all espresso blends. All FANTASTIC. My boyfriend is a huge fan of the coffee pods, but I stick to plain espresso!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I adore my Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Machine. The pros are that the coffee and espressos are simply delicious. The cons are that the pods for the machine are expensive and have to be ordered. I will be using my machine for a long time.

I honestly could not

I honestly could not be more disappointed with a product. My machine, despite very careful cleaning and maintenance, broke twice. HOWEVER, I am giving it 2 stars since Nespresso support is FANTASTIC and sent me first a free replacement machine and second an entirely different make of machine that I have had zero issues with so far.

It's Garbage!

This machine sucks!!! It just stopped working and has wasted numerous coffee pods trying to fix it and get it to work. Apparently it's just how it was designed. Look online and see the numerous youtube videos of people trying to fix it, and their customer service could care less. This device was sold to us in Bloomingdales by a Nespresso rep and he never thought to mention descaling once. This hunk of junk didn't even last a year and even after descaling, it still doesn't work. Save your money and your time! The machine is poorly designed and you'll get little to no support if you need it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
