I adore my Nespresso! Any issues I have had have been minor and easy to solve on my own! I am spoiled and only like my Nespresso coffee now! It’s like my own Starbucks but better at home!

A few of the most impressive features in my opinion was the fact that the machine can be connected through bluetooth. also the built in pod collector and pod barcode reader to know what size cup to make

I love my Nespresso Vertuo! It can make both a full cup of coffee and espresso shots. The pods are mostly only available through Nespresso but I would still recommend.

This is an amazing value! I use it every day. The coffee from Nespresso is expensive but it is the best coffee! It still is much cheaper than going to a coffee shop every day! I would highly recommend!

Terrible Purchase Decision

The VertuoPlus was a better machine. This Next version stopped reading the barcode 4 months after use with descaling regularly and running the rinse cycle every other week. I have diagnosed the issue to debris covering the barcode reader which is not accessible for cleaning by reading through forums and watching repair videos. I am contacting support for a warranty exchange.
Also, in comparison to the Plus, the coffee from this model is more watery due to the brewing method - uses spinning the capsule instead of pumping water. Somewhere along the brewing process, the excess coffee ends up draining to the capsule tray drip catch. Which is disgusting since mold grows after about three days. Seriously though, it's a waste of coffee and disgusting - the Plus model did not have either of these. So, I am getting all my coffee no mold. My wife wanted this for the Rose gold theme, so we tried it, plus my friend may have an older model of this and never had issues.
I would like to add on my Plus machine did need replacing twice, so it was not without it's own issues, but seemed much better overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would die without this machine. I just wish the customer service and trouble shooting was easier! No coffee compares to theirs! I wish they would make hot chocolate pods! I even have 2 one for the kitchen and one for the office.

New Vertuo

I thought this machine was going to be great. However it turned out to be horrible, it started with the flosser, it broke twice, under the guarantee it was replace after only using it three month. Second time they would not replace it. Now after the guarantee has expired the machine itself is no longer working. I do however can not take away how great the coffee taste. I've ordered another one but a different model. Hopefully this one will last longer then months..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
