My kids bought me this for Christmas and I couldn't be happier. I love my coffee and this has taken it to the next level. I have made the coffees ans the espresso and batista creations. Everything has been amazing. I do not think I can go back to drinking my k cups anymore.

The best coffee maker

The best coffee maker I have ever had! And the Nespresso coffee is amazing! You also have the option to make you own pods if you have a favorite coffee! Not to mention the creamer whip/ heater!! Overall amazing and makes a fabulous cup of coffee! The Vertuo also sells Starbucks capsules! Super easy to use and worth the money! I will have this coffee machine as long as it lasts! I have had no issues at all and always looking forward to my morning coffee!

I love my expresso

I love my expresso machine. It was all I had been waiting for for a long time and it works amazing. It has a slot in it where the cups fall into for East disposal and makes my expresso drinks quick and easy.

Descalling this machine and making it work is a nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely LOVE this machine! I love how Nespresso emphasizes recycling the pods after you are done. Purchasing this machine is worth it for a coffee lover! It’s a great alternative to buying Starbucks everyday. It’s so easy to use and clean too.

Horrible!

My husband got me this for Christmas and within 4 days the machine would not turn on and stopped brewing. They are sending a replacement, but I’m not convinced that this will be something that we keep, especially considering all of the issues that others have had. Really frustrating after purchasing a boatload of expensive capsules for it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
