Terrible machine

I bought the Vertuo Next Coffee machine one year ago. At first it was working fine. After 2 months the machine started to not work properly. Water leaks underneath the Vertuo Next machine consistently. The coffee was not hot. I called customer service and they ran me through a cleaning and factory reset. The machine continue to leak underneath and then started to leak coffee underneath. Nespresso sent me a new machine.
The new Vertuo Next machine was working fine and then after 3 months it started to leak water underneath. I think the machine leaks more water then it brews coffee. I factory reset, descaling and cleaned. The machine continue to leak water from underneath during each brew. The Virtuo Next does not provide me with 7.77 Fl OZ of coffee. I get about 5 fl oz at best. This machine is a wreck and disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy this model. Absolutely awful.

This product is by far one of the most frustrating things. Currently on my 3rd vertuo next and they keep breaking. I will have to call customer service AGAIN and go through the troubleshooting (which is kind of complicated to be perfectly honest) and then they will send another one and that one will probably break too!

Don't Buy This Model!

We've only had this machine for 2 years, and one of the years we barely used it. Now, it takes us 30 minutes to try and "clean" the whole machine out just to have 1 cup of coffee. The next time we go to use it, it will say it needs to be cleaned again (even though it just was!). Annoying to maintain, clean and definitely not worth the hassle or the price!

Great when it works

This machine worked great for about 2-3 months when I first bought it, then it started seizing up. I've done a factory reset, descaled it, but it still only works once out of every 5-10 tries if I'm lucky. Right now I can't even make a cup and I've been trying since this morning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Unsatisfactory

I received this as a gift for Christmas.The very first time I used it out of the box it leaked scalding hot water that came out from the top and sides. It didn’t even pour half of the 8 oz the pod is supposed to brew. Also the side paneling was hanging off right out of the box and won’t latch back in.

I've had this for a year it worked well until it completely stopped responding after a descale. Nespresso's only solution was to replace in a less desirable color/finish. Not only do I have to ship the broken machine back, but the replacement machine has a 6 month warranty instead of the 1 year of the original machine. I'm sure the replacement will also prematurely cease to function. Don't expect this machine to last.
