broke within a year

This is the worst product Nespresso has ever made in my opinion. I bought the machine after owning my prior machine for 8 years. This broke after a year and half. Nespresso customer service replaced the machine, and the second one broke in 10 days. What is up Nespresso? Did you make this on the cheap. Not on brand for you all. They are now replacing the second machine with the Evoluo..fingers crossed I don't have to call with a broken machine again.

Get another nespresso machine

I’m on my second Vertuo next within a year. Incredibly frustrating because I have to go through extra steps every morning for a cup of coffee, sometimes taking up to 10 minutes for a cup and sometimes it won’t work at all. When I do get it to work, it truly is the best coffee. It’s just an unreliable machine, but I have heard the other machines are better.

TERRIBLE MACHINE

BOUGHT THIS MACHINE IN AUGUST OF 2021 WATER LEAKING EVERYWHERE JUST RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT AND MACHINE IS DOING THE SAME THING WATER LEAKING INTO USED POD HOLDER AND WATER IN THE AREA WHERE THE POD IS SUPPOSED TO BE PLACED AT THIS POINT ITS JUST AN ORNAMENT ON MY COFFEE BAR. WOUD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY STICK WITH VERTUO PLUS.

Good coffee. Loud machine

Good coffee but a very loud machine. Grinding motor sound. Unlike the first Nespresso machine I was given. I bought this and it wakes the house.

Worked for 3 weeks

Made great coffee for 3 weeks then completely stopped brewing. I wasted an hour on the phone with Nespresso troubleshooting until I was able to convince them it doesn't work, so they are sending a new one in a week. However, from reading the other reviews, I don't have high hopes for the new one either.

Don’t recommend

I purchased this machine, and had to return it 3 times….THREE times within a month an a half. I do not recommend buying this machine as all three machines worked for 5-7 days before I had to return them.

Constantly breaks

On my second machine and it continues to break. Will be setting it aside for recycling today. Dont waste your money. Will leak coffee and stain your countertop.

Don’t buy this model

This “new” model is awful. It’s difficult to fill the water tank. It leaks like crazy. You push the button and nothing happens. You push it again and three times the amount of water goes thru. What should have been a 7oz cup of coffee turns into a 10 oz mess on the counter. Or you get 2 oz from a 7 oz pod. There’s no rhyme or reason to why this is such a terrible machine. Do not purchase.
