Saddest Machine Ever

I got this machine as a wedding gift after using it at a friends house and thinking it was awesome. Within the first couple days I noticed it leaking coffee at the bottom but didn't think too much of it. We kept this machine clean and maybe brewed 1-2 pods a day. Within a month it started flashing orange lights. We did some research, bought descaler (even though it seemed too soon) and it would work for 1 pod then start up again with the lights. It is so frustrating when you want a cup of coffee and it can't make it through a brew without the light coming on. We have looked up youtube videos where people take the machine apart and replace parts but that should not be our responsibility to fix a machine that isn't even a year old yet. Highly would not recommend.

Not recommended!

Bought this machine twice and the first time I thought it was my luck to get the defective one, which lasted 4 months. The second one I bought started to acted up even faster than the first one.(a little over a month)

I don’t know why they keep selling this model

This is a mad Imagien to the brand is the worse machine to much issue leaking and stop working always have to unplug and plug to make it work again. Really tired of calling because the machine doesn’t work and they don’t give me solutions.

Too many problems

I have the original vertuoline and the updated one, and I bought this one to travel with. The second time I brought it on a trip, it didn’t work. I learned to turn it over completely, clean the spinny, spiky thing, and then turn it back over. It worked! But it always goes back to not working. Also, this isn’t really…..”small.” It’s still a big countertop footprint. I wish they made a tiny one like they did with the original nespresso line. I love my other nespresso products, but this one misses the mark. Cannot believe how many people posted that this product doesn’t work. Stop selling it!!

The gift that keeps on breaking

Received original machine for XMAS (21). Would not even turn on after a few months. Received replacement on 6/4. Machine stopped brewing last Friday (7/22) after I received my order of pods. Powers on and starts up like it’s going to brew and doesn’t. SMH. Hopefully I am able to return. Good thing I kept my Keurig!!

Waste of money

The price tag on this makes you think you’re getting something high quality when it is in fact the opposite. It will make consistent coffee for 3-6 months before becoming a giant pain in your routine. It needs to be descaled constantly. Sometimes after just one cup of coffee since the last time you descaled it. Due to there only being 1 button on the machine, the descaling and cleaning process is very confusing and can often be incredibly frustrating. Do not buy this model unless you’d like it to join mine in the dumpster in 6 months.

Don’t buy

Stopped working after not even a year just says error when trying to make coffee. Also gets a lot of coffee in the pod compartment when trying to clean it out it’s very messy.

Good in theory

I bought this machine in March 2021. Excellent in theory- the design, the size, and the coffee options. Also has an app that lets you know when to maintain it. Unfortunately it’s no longer working and I’m out of my warranty. I would choose another machine. I have the mini (original) and it’s a workhorse and I take it on vacation.
I would recommend this to a friend!
