[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It leaks everywhere. You can't use the 2nd lid and take your smoothie on the go... The lid doesn't have any sort of seal, it's just two pieces of plastic, so it leaks out all over the lid and my bag.
It basically needs to be upright the entire time.
I don't know why they didn't just use the same design as the blender lid, on the to-go lid...

Great idea, not so great execution. The flip works as advertised however cleaning is a bit of a hassle as the charging port is exposed so water inevitably gets into it. This has already lead to corrosion and even though we take great care to ensure it stays as dry as possible, it’s next to impossible to make sure it never gets wet. I haven’t had any issues with it yet but I don’t feel like it will last like this for much longer. A simple rubber plug would have made this a non issue.
The other issue is that it seems that even when we let the flip dry overnight, when we put it away with the lid on top of the bottle, the next time we go to use it there is a greenish liquid that seems to seep from the blending lid. Not sure why this is but it then requires another cleaning before use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is great but the blender, not so much. There just isn't enough power on the blades. At times frozen fruits would get stuck on the bottom of the cup with clumps of protein power. I find that it's great with just water and powders. Ice and frozen fruit are a no go and I can't really recommend this blender to anyone.

tumbler works fine but hard to blend as everything get stuck at the bottom so even if you flip it over the stuff wont blend.
i just use it as a cup with straw and it still keeps things cold.
