I bought this item and less than 2 weeks the pin that holds the top together came out and I can't close it anymore. I amso disappointed i was looking forward to having my hot tea in it. I would love a replacement, I believe in your products, I hope I just gota defective one and I get a replacement please for my tea!!!

I own many water bottles of different makes and sizes. The Takeya has become my favorite. The features are excellent and I can even hang the bottle from the bar on the recumbent bike that I pedal at the gym, making it easy to reach
