High end stove without the high end price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 year old gas cooktop and the technology is so good! We love how the knobs light up and the WiFi technology. The burner heats up very fast and makes cooking a breeze. The looks of the stove is also awesome with the brass burner.

I believe this cooktop to be a very good value compared to others, with all of the latest features and an extra year factory warranty. Looks awesome and cooks as expected.

When I received the unit the regulator was put on but it was in the way of the draw When the repairman tried to remove it the internal piping was damaged the pipe was not properly welded to the base and it twisted

LG 36 inch cooktop challenges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the cooktop on 21 May 24, installed in early August 24. Initially had problems with the turbo burner, flame about two feet high and orange. Tech assessed and ended up trying several different sized fittings until it worked. The other four burners have two settings, high and low. Not sure why LG bothered with a medium setting. Regardless, my wife loves it and it is beautiful. Would I purchase it again? Probably not. I would spend twice as much and get a Wolf.

Fake cast iron grates chipping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grates are not cast iron, they have some kind of black coating that is chipping off after less than six months. LG is stonewalling about sending a replacement grate after multiple weeks of contact.
