I got my Audien BTE a month ago and I'm very satisfied. I can hear a lot better now. When I am watching TV shows I don't need to increase the volume anymore. I am happy with the Audien BTE, they work great for me. I am ordering another pair.

Better than expected!

Once I read the directions of how to change the level of sound - and how to deal with background noise, I found that these work quite well. Of course, fitting the BTEs plus glasses plus sunglasses over the regular ones plus a mask gets a little clumsy, but hearing-wise they're okay and the fit is fine. These are my first hearing aids so I don't quite know how long a charge lasts.
Truly, there is a hearing aid buried in the picture!

Better and better

I started with the Atom, then moved up to the Atom Pro, both fine but missed the ability to addict while wearing. I've had the BTE for about a month. The customer service has been great and the reason I've stuck with Audien products. Finally have something that gives me the flexibility I lacked with the earlier models which allows me to easily adjust to varying environments and circumstances.

The BTE works wonderfully! Easy to place, excellent sound, easy to adjust volume, and they work perfectly even with my eyeglasses !

It took a couple of weeks to get used to the functions of the hearing aids. Once my ears adjusted to them they work great.
