I have been looking for a good quality replacement office chair for sometime now (I was using the MotionGrey Enforcer chair for ~ 2 years). I take a pretty long time to read through reviews and watch videos on various chairs, and I came across Corsair's newer model recently. After thorough research, I jumped in and splurged.
So far, I've been very happy. The is a very huge upgrade from my MotionGrey chair! Great build quality, sturdy, solid. It feels expensive (and it was, almost $800 CAD after tax, yikes!)
Pros: Very cozy to sit in, it rocks, it leans back quite far, it's sturdy, feels premium, and the neck pillow is so nice
Neutral: The arm rests that are a common complaint. I'm a slim build person so pretty much every chair will have arm rests too far from me. I use one at a time. This wasn't a big deal to me. Seat is soft, but not SOFT. It seems that the nice cushy sink into it type chair is just non-existent in this style. However, I do find this more comfortable than the MG chair, so I'm happy.
Cons: The cost. But I get why it's so expensive, it does feel expensive. You get what you pay for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Corsair Head cushion rest missing

Tried many chairs till I came across this great chair from Corsair. Chair is super firm, if that's something you like, as I do. Lumbar support is good and adjustable. Material feel nice and good to the touch. Arm rest arm a bit too firm. A little extra cushioning would have been nice. Only reason this product doesn't get a 5 star is that the head rest cushion was missing. Getting in touch with Corsair has been difficult, so I am a little concerned about the after sales service. If I don't get a solution soon, chair will go back to Best Buy for a full return.
