Blending Everything In Sight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Vitamix Ascent X2 Blender. As someone who blends a multitude of things ranging from smoothies to milkshakes and everything in between, this has become a game-changer in my kitchen. It’s a huge upgrade from my old blender, which always struggled with frozen ingredients or more solid ingredients like nuts.
Noise-wise, it's quieter than expected. It is definitely not silent, but it is definitely more manageable than other high-powered blenders I’ve tried. And cleaning it? A breeze. Just add soap and warm water, run the self-clean mode, and it’s done. The sleek design means I don’t mind leaving it out on my counter, though I wish there was a bit better cable management for when it is not in use. It has this modern, minimalist look that fits right in with my kitchen setup. If you’re serious about making smoothies, soups, and sauces and want a blender that can handle anything, the Ascent X2 is a solid choice.

Can do anything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a Vitamix blender before, even though I’ve tried many many other brands. I am thoroughly impressed and cannot recommend it enough. It’s fast, quieter than my other blender, and great for anything.
I’ve used it for smoothies, purées, soups, and even baby foods. There’s almost nothing this blender cannot do. It’s also intuitive and easy to use. I read the manual once but then did not have to use it again. The preset settings make it so easy to use. I also love how fast and efficient it is. It takes less than half the time of my previous blender to make a smoothie with fruit, yogurt and ice, and the consistency is smooth and free of any chips of ice or chunks of fruit.
It’s also very easy to clean- the self-cleaning mode means you don’t have to take it apart or even touch the blades. Just some dish soap and water, turn it on, and voila!
Overall, this is definitely my blender of choice and I highly recommend it. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and I can tell I’ll be using it for a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise level is low compared to my old blender. It is very durable the plastic is vey thick. It is very versatility from hot to cold stuff. It has a self cleaning mode.

Must have kitchen product a great time saver

This blender has pre programmed options which makes your life easy and do a thing in matter of minutes. Very easy maintenance and cleaning as this blender also has self cleaning option. Making and trying out different smoothies in a bigger batches makes life easy and a great time saver. Totally impressed how versatile the brand became seeing its performance. Blender came with muffler easy for pushing stuff inside.

Underwhelming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm gonna be quite honest, I'm not impressed. When I first received it I was so excited to have the blender from Hell's Kitchen, but when I used it I was pretty disappointed.
First I wanna talk about what I love. I love the tool that allows you to push into the blades and the fact that it has a holder that goes on the side of the blender.
That being said, it underperforms. Despite using multiple recipes with various ratios, my drinks never come out smooth, they're always separated. I'm have another blender that is 1/3 of the price and it works incredibly.
So, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who wants to make frozen drinks, but if you're making thinner drinks or what not, it would work.

Louder than expected, but an overall great blender!

My first thoughts were how incredibly convenient the self clean feature was - one reason I haven't been eager to replace my blender when it broke years ago was remembering how often I would use, set it aside, and forget to clean it until it became harder to clean. The self clean feature let me just give the blender a quick rinse, add warm water and soap, and let it clean while I finished up my food prep. I tested the blender with some basic smoothies. It was generally much louder than I expected it to be, but my partner didn't thing it was bad and didn't mind the noise level. After playing around a little to determine the right frozen fruit-milk ratio, we did end up with delicious, creamy, and smooth drinks! There were no hidden ce chunks or strange textures. I am looking forward to using this blender for years to come!

Great addition to a cooking family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best blender I've ever had. It's plastic but heavy duty and it's so easy to clean with the automatic setting. It's a little noisy but worth it. I love how the manual specifies how to load items in order.
