I love the colors and its contrast!! The florals are the perfect size and color-not too big and not too small. It’s simple but very elegant. I got wonderful compliments from my friends and family. The design is perfect for my IPhone.

I have purchased several products from your company in the past and have always been very satisfied with the quality and performance. Unfortunately, my most recent bundle purchase has been a significant disappointment.
The primary issue is with the power bank, which does not reliably charge my phone even when the power bank itself is fully charged. I also recently discovered that the velvet lining inside the phone case appears to interfere with the MagSafe functionality, preventing a secure and effective charge.
In addition, the phone case does not work with wireless charging pads or my vehicle’s wireless charger, which greatly limits its usability. After only normal use, both the phone case and the magnetic ring holder have developed black and gray discoloration around the edges. These items have been handled carefully and are typically stored in a clean purse, so this level of wear is unexpected and concerning.
While I do appreciate the purse chain holder and its overall design, the fold hooks have already begun to tarnish after only three weeks of use. Given the short amount of time I have owned these items, I am disappointed by the lack of durability and quality.
Overall, this bundle has not met the standards I have come to expect from your company. As a repeat customer who has had positive experiences in the past, I am particularly disappointed with this purchase and would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues.
