[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having the water on the inside gives us more shelf space on the door instead of having the ice and water there. The ice bucket, with scoop is larger than other brands. And not having the brand badge visible helps it blend in with our other stainless steel appliances!
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Replaced a built in Subzero

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the appliance a lot. One problem we found is the two outboard shelf standards are shorter than the two inboard standards, therefore somewhat limiting the adjustability of the lowest shelf.

Little quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement of a 5 yr old Fridge. We are pretty happy with it other than one shelf keeps slipping on an angle. Also the engineer who designed the scoop placement for the ice tray must be left handed. Very inconvenient as everyone in our household is right handed.

Seals Have Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was purchased and installed in October (roughly three months ago). While we like certain features and the look of it, the seals around both the refrigerator doors as well as the freezer have been a problem. The door seal on the refrigerator split open and the magnet strip inside broke through. The seal around the freezer has pulled away from the unit, causing a gap. For the money we spent on this refrigerator and the reputation that JennAir generally enjoys, I'm shocked we're experiencing these problems.

Cons: Flimsy Construction

Love everything about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for about 6 weeks now and are very happy with it. Our previous refrigerator was a work horse and we never had a problem with it in the 20 years we had it. We just hated the side by side which seemed so limiting in space. This new refrigerator gives us a wide open view without having to move many things around to get to what is in the back, or bend way down to the bottom of the refrigerator to get the items on the bottom.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use
