[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works well, but when you open the door on the left the switch that is suppose to turn on the light sticks, so the light does not come on. Also there is a small dent in the freeze door.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

RISE 36" French Door Refer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We spec'd Jenn Air's RISE appliances for our kitchen remodel that was completed this past summer. The quality and look is top-notch. I love the beefy and contemporary handles on the refrigerator. Interior storage in the fridge is pretty good. (The arms that hold the shelves get in the way on occasion, but this is probably true of most refrigerator designs.) No issues so far with uneven refrigeration like our last ancient refrigerator where half of the items would freeze. The freezer storage is really dialed. I especially like the ice maker and scoop. The sliding shelf and baskets in the freezer helps keep things organized so you don't end up with piles of frozen goods in one big drawer. It's pretty quiet as well.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction

Freezer stops working randomly and making noises

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brand new refrigerator is making such loud noises it actually startled me from the other room. The freezer is going up and down and we have experienced our frozen food thawed several times in the last 2 weeks we have had it. Trying to work out the warranty with no luck.
Cons: Unstable
