[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to pay more than other products we looked at, since the quality felt a bit better. So far, so good. One concern is that it is taller than other competitor models, so we had to deal with modifying a top cabinet. Make sure to check your clearance. We also wanted a refrigerator without water and Ice in the door, which this model supports.
One thing I find interesting is that there is no JennAir emblem on the outside of the refrigerator. Is JennAir afraid to advertise?

Premium features and the interior layout and lighting are very nice. Water dispenser and ice maker work well and ice quality is great. Door alarms are nice and work properly. Really happy with the appearance and cleans nicely. Doors do not over-swing which is often overlooked .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perhaps someone out there can tell me WHY in the world, the racks in this refrigerator do not go all the way to the back wall of the refrigerator? I have had numerous items fall behind the shelves. Unbelievable.

Horrible doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my beach home because we wanted high end appliances. Unfortunately the actual function of the doors on the refrigerator make it highly unreliable. You have to go through a three step process to make sure they actually close.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable, Hard To Use

Quality is horrendous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used this refrigerator for less than 5 months when part of the door gasket just came off partially. I've another much cheaper Whirlpool that lasted 8 years without a single issue.

Best refrigerator I've ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is extremely quiet with practical shelving. The stainless steel is easier to clean than others I've owned. We love the configuration of the freezer drawers and love having the internal icemaker and water dispenser. I do however have suggestions for improvement: the handles are not attached well-withing a month of ownership we had to have a repairman out to reattach the top of the right handle. He showed us how to do it ourselves which is good because we've owned the appliance since July and have had to tighten the handle several times. The odor filter in the produce drawer is supposed to stick on the side of the drawer but does not stay attached. Finally, the meat/dairy drawer came with one divider and to make that drawer more useful the manufacturer needs to provide two.
