Over promise, under deliver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased after whirlpool similar oven was replaced due to multiple issues
Oven selected because it’s beautiful and looks great in my newly renovated kitchen
And because I was excited about the air frying potential.
Operation of the oven is rather complicated and not intuitive. I printed the online manual but it is minimal in directing specifics on how to cook items in the oven.
I was disappointed in the air frying functionality: it either over cooked the outside without cooking the inside or undercooked the item.
Any function that utilizes heat requires automatically uses a fan which is very loud and continues until the temperature reaches a specified level.
The defrost function works well defrosting without cooking the meat.
The oven loses power at least once a week necessitating resetting of time and date until you can use it again.
On the control panel the 4 options on the left and right side do not light up making them difficult to see.

Great oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven works exceptionally well. Both microwave and air fryer features are top notch. Be thoughtful to not install too high. I put over my standard oven and need to be really careful managing hot food.

My Other Appliances are Feeling Neglected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is so much more! It can perform the functions of multiple appliances. So far we’ve only used the microwave function but I know we’ll be using others the longer we have it. There are so many cooking options and methods to choose from that I can see us using this appliance alone at some point. We learned just how dependent we were on a microwave when ours broke. We were so happy when this one was delivered and installed and have been using it multiple times per day since then.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven hasn’t worked from the beginning. When set for 350 degrees it heats almost to 200. To get temp close to 350 I have to set it at 525 degrees. I’m regretting my purchase. My old JennAir oven was the best I’d had. This is the worst.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a newly built townhouse and this was one of the selection. This is amazing. It acts as a second oven. I've not used the air fryer, but I expect the results will be great. I use it as a toaster and toast turns out just like a toaster and same with oven. Amazing produce.
