- I ordered a spare power cord when I ordered the elitebook, the cord that came didn't work for this device. I gave it away.
- Every now and then the ports on the side of the elitebook quit working (the remote mouse or charging things) then comes back a couple days later. Not sure about that yet?

It’s ok. Not bad. Not great. Disappointed in many of the performance aspects while using browsers. Other computers on the same sites are much faster. It’s def the processor.
