Wish we would have never replaced the old lorex we had. It only works for a few minutes before it resets. The picture quality seems subpar for an upgraded camera. Disappointing.

I have tried every troubleshooting option and come to the conclusion that the camera is defective. The live-stream only turns on when motion is detected. After 2-3 mins of inactivity, it shuts off and you cannot even view a livestream until it detects motion again. If you try to view a livestream otherwise, it will load and say “uh-oh! An error occurred. ” You also can’t access recorded events/videos while the livestream is down. I have factory reset it twice to no avail. Seems like the other reviewer had the same problem.

DO NOT purchase this camera it will not stay connected to your app you will NOT be able to view anything and I will not capture and motion that comes anywhere in range of the camera. Complete waste of money and Lorex does not stand up to there products

Very bad product, don’t buy it. keeps disconnecting from WIFI. You need to remove and reinstall every time it’s terrible

Poor battery

Horrible product. Poor batter doesn’t even last 5 days. They claim up to 180 days of charge based on 5 events. Meaning at 20 events per day the battery should be averaging at least 21 days. But not the case, don’t waste your money or time charging this doorbell.

horrible quality, cannot access live view anytime. all the notifications say no recording when you click on them and when the doorbell button is pressed it takes a few minutes before the app and doorbell chime inside the house go off. do not recommend.

Terrible ability to connect and stay connected to wifi.

The WIFI capability is terrible at best. Never had a problem with my previous doorbell connecting and staying connected to WIFI. I have had nothing but problems with the Lorex WIFI battery doorbell.
