Snapdragon is a quick processor, more than Intel and AMD for a laptop. This one has some great features that work together with Windows. I like the cam login. The PC is in reduced power the second you leave, then starts right up as soon as you sit down. There is also more security with Snapdragon. Copilot+ gets better results than the desktop version. The only problem was an old 2014 Canon laser printer would not install. Three other new printers installed in a minute.

Really solid, very professional laptop. Performance for standard tasks and light gaming is amazing. I haven't pushed the AI features yet, but will soon. The display is stunning, the sound is excellent and highly configurable. The addition of the extra ports and the number pad are HUGE conveniences, however the off-center keyboard and track pad are taking a little getting used to. I also love the illuminated keys, though I admit, I wish they were brighter... but that said, it's far better than no light at all (and I like the colors as well). It is lighter than I expected, much more solidly built than I expected, and seems extremely sturdy. Key travel and key feel are really good, though the keys are oddly a bit big coming from both a Dell and a Surface Pro. I read a lot of reviews where the "professional" reviewers nagged about the screen aspect ratio, but I really don't get their angst. I'm not having any issue with screen real estate and frankly this feels to me like a big screen desktop monitor compared to my Surface and my work computer. Setting this thing up was an absolute dream too, if you have MS 365. The entire process was completely hassle free. The one thing that gave me pause was when Asus pushed a driver update and my perfectly working computer started acting really weird - giving me a dialog box saying I needed to plug the computer in and... it was plugged in... but clicking the box had no effect, it wouldn't go away, the driver update didn't appear to be moving on... I nearly shut this thing down. And while other drivers were installing there were no progress boxes, just hints of them flashing on the screen for .2sec and vanishing. It looked for all the world like my computer had failed completely and wasn't coming back. Fortunately I decided to just let it sit while I tried to figure out what to do and eventually a dialog box with a progress meter did show up, so I relaxed... but man, that could have gone sideways really fast because I was this close to shutting the computer down. Asus, you might want to put some work into that one. Beyond that, though, after 3 days with this computer, I am 100% satisfied I made the right call. This does everything I wanted it for, does it well, fast, and I really like how it looks (in spite of one reviewer calling it "boring"), the sleek, professional design is nice but the lighted keys, the sound, the performance, and OLED display are anything but boring.

The laptop has got issue on the display. This is second laptop after claiming warranty from Asus. This laptop has issue with the display software. It automatically changes into gray mode and sometimes cannot be turned off, and the grey mode after a while goes away itself.

Dear Writesh Timalsina,
We certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused.
All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, experiencing isues with the display on two laptops you have received is random. To resolve the issue, we recommend to update Windows. Please try to disconnect any third-party device connected to the laptop after a successful WIndows update, do a system restart and load optimized default in the BIOS. If this was performed to no avail, we recommend that you send the laptop back in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. A RMA number is required to send it in for service. For RMA details, please go to: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/818/. If you need more information or further assistance with the warranty for the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help. Or, you are most welcome to call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent from the link: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/1135/.

This is the best laptop I've ever had. The battery life lasts all day and is amazing. The computer doesn't glitch and runs games smoothly without lag. But it does seem to be slow to react to things when I surf the internet, which is the only drawback.

Computer seems to have a lot of glitches. Immediately after opening the box and starting the computer for the first time, the scroll bar did not populate causing the start up screen to freeze. Was unable to click any buttons and was forced to restart and perform the entire start up process over again. The next day, the computer froze and I was unable to click on the start button and could not click or type in the serach bar. The next day my mouse was disconnecting and reconnecting so many times it made the mouse unusable. (This is a new mouse and replaced the battery). Yesterday the facial recognition was not working, instead had to use my pin all day to open my computer. The only reason I haven't returned it yet is because I'm working 7 days a week right now. Stinks, bc I actually like the computer just wish I didn't have to deal with all the other issues.

While all the key parts of the computer were great, I wished if some of the SDKs/software support training AI on the NPU (instead of just inference and deployment). While for my work the SDKs are wonderful due to use in edge devices and memory constrained tech, I hoop soon accessibility can come for training on the NPU.
