Worst computer I have ever bought.Very slow.screen freezes up most times.Cant get into my applications most of the time such as my e-mail.Very frustrated as bI have only had computer a couple of weeks.I would really like to return it for a better HP computer.Not sure what I can do.Not happy sorry I bought this computer.Hope you can help me .Would not recommend this computer

I’m a little disappointed in how long a charge lasts. If using more than a few hours you need to keep it plugged in. Picture quality not great.

I am really happy with my new laptop. Like my previous HP laptops, the set up is very easy. Windows 11 OS is new to me and there are some changes but is quite similar to Win 10. I was a bit hesitant about Window 11 in S mode but for my needs it's fine.
The laptop itself feels sturdy and I like the finish on the "case". Less fingerprints (etc) are noticeable.
I love that the keys and the lettering on them seem larger and easier to type with ! (Great for older eyes)
I feel it was a great buy and am very happy with it.

System Upgrade Challenges and Browser Performance

I noticed that a manual system upgrade needs to be completed because my language package was not downloading properly, and it took some time to obtain it. The installation of the language package was also more complex than I initially thought. Additionally, the internet browser is sometimes slow and may freeze or automatically shut down.
