Worst computer I have ever bought.Very slow.screen freezes up most times.Cant get into my applications most of the time such as my e-mail.Very frustrated as bI have only had computer a couple of weeks.I would really like to return it for a better HP computer.Not sure what I can do.Not happy sorry I bought this computer.Hope you can help me .Would not recommend this computer

I’m a little disappointed in how long a charge lasts. If using more than a few hours you need to keep it plugged in. Picture quality not great.

The HP 15-fd1004ca laptop is a very capable machine that meets my computing requirements. I allocated 4 starts instead of 5 because the the right click function on the trackpad tends to mechanically stick. Quality control must be improved to ensure that faults such as this are corrected before a laptop is sold to a customer.

System Upgrade Challenges and Browser Performance

I noticed that a manual system upgrade needs to be completed because my language package was not downloading properly, and it took some time to obtain it. The installation of the language package was also more complex than I initially thought. Additionally, the internet browser is sometimes slow and may freeze or automatically shut down.
