I bought it apparently a month ago and it's great for the cheap price! I've still got a few issue's with it and I will ring another time to get advice on difficulties I'm having! Thank God/Jesus for dictionaries.

I bought this about a month ago and am soooooo disappointed.
The machine is fine and does most functions as it should but the wifi is useless.
Bt are giving me 75Mbs to the router which is reflected in the wifi speed to my ipad and smartphone but I struggle to get better than 25 Mbs to my laptop.
The router has been checked and replaced but using the laptop on wifi is like watching paint dry

HP are unless , don’t buy from them. They don’t deliver what you have purchased and when you contact them they say the same thing over and over again.

When this arrived I tried to put my Norton protection program on it; wouldn't take it. Nor another well known anti-virus program. It seems to come with Windows "Defender", which doesn't seem to do anything; in the fortnight since delivery, I get constant blue screens and unexpected shutdowns. Basically I have been sold faulty goods.
