The products I purchased as excellent. However, one item was out of stock and delayed delivery. A more realistic actual delivery date would have been helpful rather than keep incrementing the estimate each day until final dispatch.

So far really pleased with this laptop. To be fair HP make it really hard not to like their products, and setting everything up was generally easy. What I hadn't appreciated was that this version of the i5 comes without a card reader, so I've had to buy a separate one to download pics from my camera. But that is a minor niggle and this is a good machine for the price.

We bought a new Windows 11 - HP Pavillion SE Intel Core i5-fd0050na Gen 13 - 8 G/bIite Ram - 512 G/bite laptop which we got it up and running over the last week after unfortunately after some difficulty with the View and hide mode So we could view our emails on the reading pane,working ok now.
