had to change lap top because my old one would not accept widows eleven, i have found getting used to eleven a little strange to say the least, the transition was not as smooth as i would have liked but the lap top itself is fine and not to blame for my difficulties.

This is my second HP laptop that doesn’t disappoint. Boot up was quick and straight forward with good features especially the fingerprint reader via a touchpad to open up in any mode, plus adds security to online payments.
The only feature that disappoints me is the light grey keyboard with less dense print than on my
previous model.
Graphics great, fast charge with appropriately 7 hours battery life.
