Makes good coffee; and there are a lot of pre-formatted options. I wish the owner's manual or help videos were more thorough. I somehow got the message I could manually make a coffee for as long as I wanted, but don't know how I got that to happen and can't do it again. So, more detail on the customizable features would be good.

This machine is life-changing. Only comment would be to design a better hopper that is easier to clean. Different roasts can get gummed up and it takes > 30 mins to break it down to clean. Overall, this is a 5 star machine. Incredibly easy to use.

After weeks of research & several in-store reconnaissance trips we pulled the trigger in the Oracle Jet & are thoroughly pleased with the results. Love that the machine helps dial in the correct grind for the beans that are in the hopper. Love that it's simple to operate & my wife can enjoy cappuccinos whenever she wants & it's so simple to use. Still experimenting with different local fresh coffee beans & working on improving my techniques so I may not be a full blown coffee barista, but I can enjoy coffee made like one.

This is a top-notch espresso machine, especially for the price. Fast, efficient, amazing flavor extraction. Auto milk foaming isnt perfect and I still find manual is better at micro-foam. But overall, it is as good as a dual-boiler costing twice the price...

My new Oracle Jet is a work in progress. So far my attempts to "dial-in" the perfect cuppa of expresso is elusive, but close. The machine is preforming perfectly. It's the operator which needs the upgrade. Can't wait to move up into the "milk" World.

I love this machine! I love my coffee, and now I can have the best, barista quality coffee, espresso, latte, capacino, etc., in my own home whenever I want. Guests love it when I serve them tis coffee, too. With the barista assist, and the ability to add custom drinks, this is the best espresso machine available.

Inconsistent....ready to move on

I have owned this machine for 6 months now and as others have said, it is frustratingly inconsistent. It will pull one shot in 20-25 seconds and the next one in 30-40. There is no excuse for this at this price point and hard to see how even those that have given this machine 4-5 stars are not experiencing this. I was a long time owner of the Oracle Touch before this, which was better but not perfect. After 8-10 years years using these machines, I am now ready to move on from Breville all together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So much work

I've had this machine since October (9 months) and I'm just not happy with this purchase. The machine requires a lot of work. For the cost of the machine I would not expect the issues that I've had. Recently I've had a bad issue with the porta filter popping out. Whenever I try to pull a shot, the pressure from the machine pushes the portafilter off and this morning it pushed it off onto my favorite espresso glass and it brokeand wasted my coffee. I'm looking to sell and buy a better machine. My experience with this brand has been underwhelming for the cost. 😡
