Great camera, huge oversight!

I purchased this yesterday. The cable that comes attached to the unit is only 4ft long and not detachable, additionally its usb-c, so you cant buy a proper extension for it. This must be why its on sale so soon after release! $50 dollar webcam come the new year in my opinion.
Picture is decent in high light but fails quickly in low lighting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
