What was I thinking when I bought this?

“Samsonite products are rigorously tested to ensure that the travel products you trust meet stringent standards”-not! They must test them on private planes because after one round trip, not sure this material will hold up much longer. Might need to go back to the drawing board and use some reinforcement next time around.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this bag!

After my original carry on made me crazy on the trip from US to Amsterdam, I tossed it and bought this happy little bag while I was wandering along the canals! It holds a lot, is easy to access all my stuff, rolls smoothly and keeps said stuff secure. Now that I want same but bigger, can’t find in the US?!

Pull handle stuck at the first use

I bought this duffle, with the bigger one as a set in June. This duffers pull handle was stuck half open at the very first use with a very light weight inside it... Among many Samsonite suitcases I had purchased, this is the only one I ever have a problem with. I am too dissappointed, because I bought this item just because I like the style, rather than my need for it. Also warranty procedure takes forever and also stuck at one point. I think Samsonite is a great brand but this product might not have been tested properly.

Perfect rolling duffel

I bought this in Europe to replace my rolling duffel I've had for a while. This fits all my things with a chance for expansion. It even fit perfectly on a small domestic flight where my other suitcase was a bit of a struggle to get in. Rolls smoothly as well. I am planning to buy a second for my husband!

Very disappointed for the durability of the wheel!

I bought this a month ago and just after one travel, the wheel was damaged. Hi, Samsonite, please improve your quality and durability especially for the wheels.
