It's more stiff and rigid than I was hoping for, kind of rubs funny at the armpits which is annoying for a longer day of packing it around. It has good volume/capacity and is a great shade of yellow, the quality so far is nice too. I didn't have time to return it and find something else so I will continue to use this one for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice, but major flaw for me is when a backpack will NOT stay upright when you set it down. This pack has great capacity and features, but I gave it away at the end of my trip because it falls over - that’s especially annoying when you need to set it down at the airport, etc. Also, I need better external stash pockets. Understood that the nature of weather-proofing makes this a tricky feature. I really love the matching carry-on suitcase, though.
