[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Carbon x1 12 is an incredible machine. I upgraded from the Carbon x1 6 and I am glad I did. All aspects of the x1 12 from the larger screen to the blazing speed make it a machine to be reckoned with. I travel and the machine is solid and if it is anything like the x1 6 it will last for years. The keyboard is so comfortable to use. Although this machine is highly recommended for business use, it is well worth the extra Benjamins ($) for what you get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Snappy and compact laptop. It has excellent battery life and works great for travel. It is compact enough you can use while on a flight. Very pleased with the X1.
However, the fingerprint reader works 1/3 of the time and wifi disconnects randomly.
The speakers are absolutely abysmal. I expect more from a flagship product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
