No complaints so far. Arrived quickly even though the initial estimate was 4 weeks out. Packaging was good, and the drives worked out of box. Registration was easy. 5 years peace of mind!

great drives! easy to install and setup. glad to see WD got their act together for shipping these. super well packed for shipping unlike 20tb ones got and had to send back as they were just put in a box not secured and bounced all over the place. these 22tb where packed great for the trip!
