Lots of Features for a Good Price….But

First and foremost, this thing rocks and is just amazing the features they packed into this price point. But when something is so good you just want more. On my unit, the fan is exceptionally loud. Almost sounds like bearings grinding or a blade rubbing. Will see if it quiets down. If not that would make the unit too loud to sleep around when fan is running. Appreciate that they are sending MC4 connectors but as a solar generator it comes with no connectors that allow it to use solar. I get price point but come on these should be in the box. So the capacity on this is very small. With all of the advanced features in this, it should have the functionality to be tied to additional external batteries. That would allow this unit to punch even further above its weight level. Can’t go wrong buying it but BLUETTI has to lead or at least be on par with competitors that offer this functionality regardless of the price point.

Perfect UPS for my lift chair and an LED light, so a power failure will not leave me stranded in the dark. Great! I may buy another. I do recommend for a small UPS style power station.

Great product. All inputs/outputs were tested and work. Smart phone application is a plus. No need to contact customer service since there are no issues to resolve!

Nice concise package. Firmware updated with no issues. Fan is loud but not overly obnoxious. Wish the two DC outputs were one size larger ( ie 5525 vs 5521). Overall a fair value.
