I am super happy that it has a digital thermometer because it will be so easy to make my turkey this year for thanksgiving! Having a roasting rack is going to be easy to remove the juice and use that into my dressing and also I’m gonna know exactly when the turkey is done because it has a thermometer

After several years of buying a new roasting pan every few years. I finally made the perfect choice and bought a Viking 3-ply Stainless Steel roaster pan that came with a rack. No more worrying about the pan peeling or warping. I am going to purchase one for my daughter and son in-law so that they have a quality roasting pan for their future family dinners.
