Ok but not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great and works well however you have to use it in several passes because the cleaning power is not as good as other machines such as bissell which we are used to using. Definitely good for a quick pass not if you are trying to deep clean

Tineco is a brand to watch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not entirely sure whether to go with four or five stars for the rating at first but decided it deserved the full five. I’ll give my nitpicks on the wavering decision there first.
It’s a bit gross if you have to do a full clean. I did it for the purpose of reviewing but I have five cats, 4 grown men and I myself have long red hair that is the Kraken of clogging. The self cleaning option is wonderful for getting the brush roller cleaned, but you do have to wait until the cleaner is charged to at least 10% for it to work. So I rinsed it first but was still surprised to see how much dirt and hair the cycle was able to collect. I highly recommend waiting to manually clean anything until you run that cycle. It definitely make it less gross. The last gripe is that it did leave streaks on the hardwood floors but it’s very possibly first time user error or I just need to use a cleaner specifically for hardwood instead. So those were the threats for five star: gross manual clean up, waiting for self cleaning option to reach 10% charge, and floor streaking.
So why does it still earn my 5 star rating? It’s easy to put together right out of the box, not cumbersome or cheap feeling and not difficult to figure out setup even if you didn’t read directions first. The two holders that snap into the base hold the cleaning tool and the dissembled roller parts or tanks. I’m not entirely certain it holds them all at once but I have it in my utility room where some parts can lie atop the dryer if needed.
Operation was actually fun and a bit surprising. I didn’t realize it actually pulls itself forward and there is very little resistance and no weird noises when you tug it back towards you. Holding it and letting it move on its own, it goes at a nice walking pace and it’s easy to get the hang of pulling it back towards me at the same speed. I thought 20 minutes wouldn’t be nearly enough so I rushed through the entire large first floor (utility room, dining area, living room/kitchen, hallway back to a bathroom, walk in storage and two bedrooms) but was able to do them all casually and have time to go back over high traffic areas before it ran out. I could very well move things and be more thorough without running out of a charge if I wanted to. Definitely did not expect that much.
I love that there is a small clean water tank separate from the dirty. The dirty tank is larger even to accommodate liquid spills that might need to be sucked up before being cleaned. The top of the tank is a dry area that can trap hairs and stuff, making it less likely to burden the water reservoir with the entirety of the dry solids. The dry filter was actually easy to pull off of the reservoir and keep dry to dump into the garbage. You will need a drain catcher if you are rinsing the reservoir in a sink unless your sink and drain can handle what it collects without clogging that. You can also take it outside and just hose it off if needed but this is only when you need to do manual maintenance. (You may want to do it after every use but that may vary a lot depending on how much you clean and how dirty it is.)
What made if fun was letting the handle be a guide but feeling like it was doing most of the work. It didn’t exhaust me like using any other vacuum or floor cleaner might. After a while, I just loosely held the handle to let it move forward and crooked my fingers to gently pull it back. I could make sure more stubborn dirt got another pass but it was cathartic watching it pass over the floor evenly. Uneven areas sometimes didn’t get wet on the first pass but I don’t find that a fault of the cleaner; these floors aren’t the most level and it did do a good job of getting them clean regardless.
All I can say is I may not have heard of this brand before now but it’s definitely one to watch for. It’s definitely on par with other top brands and I can see it being a household name too. As long as this brand adapts to consumer needs and always seeks to improve, I’ll be more than happy to see it grow and get even better. This is a stellar introduction for me though. Definitely recommend this one. Does two in one cleaning quite well. My dad was definitely skeptical with all the hairs we clean daily but even he was impressed.

Wonderful tool

Everyone needs one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the older version of this and I thought I loved that one. This one I love! It gets much closer to the walls or furniture. It feels lighter. I like the coloring compared to my last one. This also comes with 2 brush heads to change out, 2 filters and a cleaning wand. This makes cleaning my floors so much easier and faster. I can sweep & mop at the same time which is wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Tineco GAO H2O cordless floor washer from Influencer and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together, in spite of the instructions not being too user friendly. None the less, it was easy to assemble. Per the directions, I charged the cordless floor washer overnight. The next day, I vacuumed the white tile floor in my kitchen and foyer and was very happy with the results. The cordless feature is great and the floor washer is incredibly light and has sufficient suction to vacuum bothersome dust and crumbs while concurrently mopping . And once I figured out how to open the dust bin, it was easy to empty. The ability to vacuum and mop at the same time is genius and saves me time and effort. Vacuuming/mopping once and done is a great feature. The floor washer is quiet and has several suction choices. All told, it is a great little device that has become my go-to floor washer for my white tile floors!

It’s been very versatile when it comes to liquid or sticky floors it’s gotten them both! The maintenance is easy to keep up and it’s portable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited about receiving this product, but was not very pleased with it. First, I do not recommend if you’re a person who won’t take the time to wash every single part after each use (to avoid smell and mold). I didn’t mind that part at all, I’m good with cleaning it. What I did mind was that it leaves your floors very streaky, so afterwards you still have to go over it with a mop to correct that. So I wouldn’t really recommend.
