Vacuum perfect for hardwood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect vacuum for anyone with hard wood floors! It has also worked really well on our stairs. You can take it apart and use the mini vacuum on a rug or stairs as well! It is really noisy and does not stand up on its own. That is a little inconvenient.

Amazing, portable, and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tineco GO vacuum has been absolutely amazing. We have a competitor brand that requires being plugged in, which we like, but at 9 months pregnant I cannot tell you the joy of just grabbing this thing out of the closet and going to town to clean up a mess. We have two dogs and there is always hair, along with dead grass now that we are in winter - WELL NOT ANYMORE! This thing offers great suction on hardwoods and carpets, it may struggle a bit on a shaggy-er rug, but so does the plug in vacuum we have. For me this is an absolute win! We have a 2,200 sq home and I can pretty much hit every room in it with one charge on this vacuum in eco mode, if I’m really trying to clean the carpets on Max I may have to charge it once in between. Otherwise this thing has definitely taken the place of our other vacuum!!

Good wireless vacuum at its price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loves: - Has the green light emitting from the vacuum head that allows you to see where the visible dust particles are (shown in video). That helps very much in helping you to capture all the dust particles, especially when vacuuming under dark areas like tables or beds - It is wireless, which makes it so handy to use around the house - Adjusts the suction power depending on how much dust it detects - The easy to empty dust”bin”, and great that the inner parts are detachable so that you can wash it, for those OCD people - Can’t really find another all rounder vacuum like the Tineco, at this price point. Does compare well to its competitor, Dyson, which is alot more expensive.
Dislikes: - Relatively loud suction noise level, louder than say a Dyson vacuum - The maneuverability of the vacuum head needs improvement as it is not that smooth when you are pushing it forward and backwards at times. Occasionally the head gets “caught” in a weird direction and you literally have to lift the whole head from the floor, or do a weird zigzag before it gets realigned. - Does not do so well if you are vacuuming under a very low object, as it does need quite a bit of clearance above, and also due to the slight difficulty of maneuvering by the vacuum head that can cause issues when in a tight space - Not so great that you do need to have the wall mount fixed up so that the vacuum can be “standing”, otherwise you would need to find a spot to lay it down, which would take up quite some space (even though the vacuum is not exactly huge in size)

Strong suction, but some design flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a wet vac from Tineco and was impressed with how clean it got my hardwood floors. I was excited to use this product since the wet vac isn’t really meant for rugs.
PROS: This vacuum is light, cordless, and easy to maneuver. Since it’s meant for pets, the suction is really strong, picking up more hair and dust even after my Roomba ran a cycle. I also like that it can easily convert to be used to suck up dust balls that collect in high corners, or a handheld to use on furniture. The battery lasted for about an hour of cleaning and was easy to recharge. I also liked the light on the brush head the helps with seeing stray dust and pet hair. It has multiple modes eco, auto, and high suction.
Cons: On hardwood, It is incredibly noisy and doesn’t easily roll. It sounds like a loud rumbling noise. It also needs to be carefully propped up because it is top heavy or else it falls over. It would be great if it would automatically lock when it is upright. Also, you have to be careful about how to remove the dust bin. The most accessible button opens the bin lid for emptying, which is great once the bin is removed. However, the first couple of times using it, we spilled the contents of the dustbin all over the floor and had to vacuum again.

Has its pros and cons
on January 28, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vacuum works fairly well. It has its pros and cons, just like every other vacuum. Pros: Has a long battery life, at least an hour. I can do my upstairs and downstairs on one charge. The green light really helps show dust/hair/etc. the suction is incredible and the brush inside the brush head is great. It has three different settings for suction so you can use it in multiple surfaces. On eco mode, it adjust to whatever surface is being suctioned. Like hardwood floors, bigger messes, carpet. The pieces it comes with help a lot with head to reach places, stairs and couches. Cons: does not do well on shaggy rugs or bath mats. The head will stop and not really work. To me, it seems louder than most vacuums. Hard to move around and seems a bit top heavy. Careful on rugs, might be too tough on some of them. Unless you use the built in wall hanger, it is a bit hard to charge and the battery is connected to the vacuum.
Overall, I like this vacuum and I would recommend it. I’d be happy to try other tineco brands now as well. ;)

Improved quality of life with 3 dogs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 3 dogs that shed quite a bit (plus my long hair) and this has been an AMAZING new household gadget! We have been using the Tineco GO pet pro vacuum for going on 2 months, nearly every day. About a month before I got this Tineco vacuum my parents got the cordless Dyson with the laser feature after which I was really contemplating on getting as well but hesitated on the $$$ pricetag. I was mesmerized by how the laser on their Dyson illuminated tiny specs of dust and short hairs otherwise blind to the naked eye but wasn’t sure I wanted to pay the Dyson price given that cordless vacuums, no matter the price tag, aren’t meant to last forever. Then the opportunity to get this Tineco GO pet pro vacuum came along and to some degree it actually changed my life! It really performs similarly and filled the cordless vacuum void plus more. I’ve been vacuuming more because not only is it lighter and more convenient (cordless, swivels with ease) to do so compared to our full sized vacuum, but seeing all the tiny debris with the laser get sucked up has been so satisfying! I struggle with my health sometimes and sometimes couldn’t keep up with vacuuming with our full sized vacuum. Tineco has made it a much easier task from start to canister emptying. I was under the impression that cordless vacuums don’t handle carpet well (which range true to a few we had before) but this one is intended for both. It picks up everything we need cleaned in our household with no issue. It even has the ZeroTangle brushed specifically for handling pet (and my own long) hairs. I actually forgot about this feature and just went to check the brush head since we haven’t yet thought to clean it since it arrived and to my amazement there is no hair wrapped around the brush!! Okay, I am now even more in love with this vacuum because I lose a ton of hair when styling and every now and then someone needs to take on the task of cleaning tangled hair from our previous vacuum. There are different settings and levels of suction you can use (auto, max, eco). We leave it at auto and you can hear the vacuum adjust itself between carpet and hardwood. We have a combination of both floorings which are cleaned well by the Tineco alone. There’s a storage dock you can install into a wall and the vacuum charges with a standard cord and outlet. It also includes different attachments to dust and reach corners. Assembly was very straightforward and so is emptying the canister. As mentioned before, I’m THRILLED about the ZeroTangle hair brushed. In terms of noise level, I don’t find it any louder than other vacuums we’ve had. We keep ours plugged in and we have no problem with vacuuming our 2500 sq ft home (including flights of stairs) with one charge. Given that the Tineco price is half (or even less) than a Dyson with the laser feature, I would definitely recommend the Tineco one. I really don’t think I can be without a cordless vacuum with laser and this Tineco vacuum has truly improved quality of life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a crawling baby and a shedding dog… I couldn’t ask for a more perfect fit for our family. Super quiet, GREAT battery life, adjustable suction, great size dust collection compartment, and SO easy to maneuver (even with a baby on my hip). If you’re considering it… this is your sign!
