I had a Garmin Solar and switched to Apple Watch and that was a mistake. Back with a Garmin 165 now and it has awesome functionality for a triathlete, runner, walker - anyone trying to be mindful of movement. Also, the Garmin swim functionality is far superior with the side buttons for lap swimming. With an Apple watch, you cannot tap the screen when it's wet. Tons of watch faces to choose from and the app is waaaay better than Apple will ever be. Forget apple, choose Garmin. It's far superior in every single way that matters.

I purchased the 165 after my 55 started having a battery life issue. I'm so happy with the 165. It is almost identical to the 55 which is great as I am not good with change. The screen is super easy to see and the features are exactly what I want and need.

If you are a beginner runner, you need THIS watch

As a beginner runner, this is the perfect watch! I was hesitant at first, but I knew I wanted to invest in myself as I continued my running journey. The GPS is really accurate, and this watch has all the necessary functions, especially if you are just getting started as a beginner runner. I like the customizable face feature and how easy it is to navigate the settings. A huge plus is that it connects to Strava, too! I also ran in the rain with this watch (not sure if it's totally waterproof, but if it's raining and you are going out on a run, it will work just fine!).

My wife gave me it a fifteen days ago and am so happy is my best gift than ever... Is the best watch.
Is very functional I make work out with exactly data and I can wear with variety of clothes.
