Really nice piece!

As a marathoner and ultramarathoner I bought my first Garmin wearable about five years ago. It’s still working great but I figured it was time for an upgrade. My new Garmin hits it out of the park! Stylish with many useful new features and upgrades! Love it. Garmin all the way!

A great upgrade

I replaced my 7yr old 645 with the 165 and it's great! It feels like it weighs a fraction of what the 645 did and I like the touch screen and the batter life is great. I charge it about once every 10 days.

Awesome watch

I bought this watch approximately 3 weeks ago to track my sleep and workouts. So far I am loving this watch even more than my Apple Watch. The battery life is awesome and the gps seems very accurate. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one in the future.

My friend had recommended this watch since he had one himself and it worked as intended. It had great statistics and extra things that I didn't even know about. Definitely worth the price.

This is my 3rd garmin watch and I use it nearly daily to track my runs. I love it. I've noticed this watch syncs up to GPS way faster than my old instinct or forerunner 245. It is just top notch.

I’m pretty sure the watch is wonderful. My reservation is that it has way too many features for my purposes. My previous watch, (Vivosmart?), stopped charging and the watch recommended to me by a Garmin rep didn’t have onboard GPS, meaning I’d have to drag my phone along on walks and runs. If I wanted to do that I’d just use Strava. The 165 is, I believe, the most basic watch with GPS. I may be wrong about that. I didn’t do exhaustive independent research, that’s just my understanding after talking to the Garmin reps. As I said, the 165 has plenty of features, most of which I don’t want, won’t use, and won’t spend the time to figure them out. I’m at the point where I can use the watch but it still takes some trial and error to get to what I want to do. Again, that’s just me. The watch, I’m sure, is a wonder.
