I absolutely love this watch! I would not leave this house without it. I swim, bike and walk and I love seeing my activities at a glance and in more detail on the app.

I got it a month ago! Great for running as a starter watch with lots of increased features compared to the Apple Watch! I’m now starting using the garmin coaching plan!

The watch heart rate function is terribly inaccurate. The watch keeps disconnecting from the chest heart rate monitor. Almost impossible to use to keep track of your heart. Very frustrating and disappointing. I wish to return it. It has been a waste of money. The chest monitor also.

So appreciate the motivation and encouragement this watch provides. I only wear it while running, as I am too distractible to have anything shiny on me all day. But have especially benefited from the accountability it provides. Yay!! Happy runner.

I bought the Garmin Forerunner 165 two weeks ago and I'm in love with it! I enjoy using it to track my workouts and my sleep! It's super easy to use! I also like that you can add workouts too! I am very satisfied with this product!

Like Having a Personal Coach on My Wrist

I’ve owned a lot of fitness gadgets over the years, but the Garmin Forerunner® 165 is on another level. It’s like having a personal coach who actually knows what they’re doing—right on my wrist!
The GPS locks in fast and tracks accurately, the heart rate monitor is impressively reliable, and the suggested daily workouts make training simple and motivating. The AMOLED display looks great in any light, and the battery life easily keeps up with my daily use.
What really sets it apart for me is the seamless integration with apps I already use, like MyFitnessPal. I love being able to sync my workouts, track my calories, and see the full picture of my health all in one place.
From tracking sleep and stress to monitoring training readiness, this watch delivers way more than I expected. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or training for something big, I highly recommend it. Worth every penny!
