This is my third pair of raycon everyday earbuds. The previous 2 pairs i had both for 2 years. Used every day. Definitely staying with raycon.

Bought three pairs for my kids and all three individually said they could hear feedback or an echo. They are not the fitness model so I didn't expect them to be great but the everyday model shouldn't have clarity issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

charging case lasted 4 months

Earbuds are great but now charging case wont charge all of a sudden. Not dirty, not damaged just quit charging. I am not rough with my things. Now what? Can I get a replacement case? Please can someone help me?
