Bought an OtterBox defender series for my new phone. The plastic clip on the inside of the belt holder broke off the third day I had it. Now it will not stay in the holder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wouldn't be without an Otterbox to protect my phone. I'm a tradesman and carry my phone around all the time. It can be in a pocket, on my belt, in a tool pouch, on the floor, etc. I've dropped my phone numerous times (new phone AND previous phones)and it's always survived unscathed with its Otterbox. That being said I did need to make one improvement on my Otterbox for the Google Pixel 9 Pro. It seemed like the phone wasn't clipping into the hard plastic belt clip part as well as it should (compared to my previous phones) and it would pop out at times if it got touched just right. To make the phone fit tighter and snap into place more securely I added some felt in the corners of the plastic belt clip part so the phone fit a bit tighter. Problem solved.

Keeps falling out of the carrier and with in the 1st 2 days already broke the protective screen cover on the camera. Will not buy this product again

The last Otter box I used was for my S21 Ultra. It was great at first but the rubber case eventually warped and didnt cover the corners very well. With this new design is looks like this will hopefully not be a problem with the rubber being on the outside. I didnt think it was hard to put together and like that the phone doesnt just pop out of the case. The only minor issue is the phone is hard to get in and out of my pockets because the rubber on the outside
