Expensive. Too expensive. Also none of the specs seem to tell you what it actually filters out.. ? Kinda rediculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Filter impossible to find and double the price.

Filter only last a a couple of months. Impossible to find. Even their own site references the wrong filter. They won't show picture of both ends of the filter to verify it's the correct one.

Too expensive!

Refrigerator only 4 months old and filter needs replacing. Can’t find them anywhere and way too costly. Bought 2 different brands which claimed the fit this model and had to return them.

Bad quality, overpriced

I have been using the fridge for less than 2 months and already have to replace the overpriced filter. Very disappointed with Whirlpool

Purchased a fridge 2 months ago and filter is bad already. Can't imagine why Ai need to pay that much for a filter that lasts one third of the recommended time. Price is crazy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install on my Maytag refrigerator! The water tastes fresh and clean! There no specs the water is clear. I think upon installing you must filter out some water and then it’s ready to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filter functions well but is significantly more expensive compared to other refrigerator water filters. My sister has the same fridge model, though hers is a few years older. The filters for her model cost only a third of what Whirlpool charges for the current ones. Installation is very simple.
