I've used retrofit down lights previously. The difference between these is they only have three bending metal flanges that act as compression fittings in order to keep the light in the light can. Unfortunately, these do not hold the lights in place and they fall out at random times.

There's some drywall in the way you have to really shove it in there and then you can't move it to the left or to the right it's just right in there to work for the dungeon so I purchase some goof mouths or whatever they're called

I really want to enjoy these lights but they seem to have a mind of their when it comes to turning on. Not sure if I’ll get the bright ones, red ones, or dim ones? Sometime 4/6 or 5/6 will match but I have yet to get them all to match without some intervention.

Great lights to replace ugly can lights fixtures

Replaced all 12 of my ugly can lights with the Govee retrofit lights. So easy to install took only 1 min after old cans were removed. All you do is screw fixture in, plug in Govee light and press into place. Love these lights. You can adjust lighting color or theme easily through Alexa or Govee app.
