I can not get the 6"retrofit recessed lights to fit into my existing can. I have messaged your company twice about my issue and have not heard back. I would like to know how to get them to stay in the space.

We replaced 6 of our lights with the retrofit lights and they all worked for about 10 days and then they started to drop like flies. 3 of them will no longer turn on or respond within the app. I tried doing the rapid replacement but never heard back. I decided to buy another 4 pack to replace the 3 failed ones and hopefully I'll have better luck. The 3 that didn't fail on us still seem to be working, so hopefully I just got some duds.
They're really easy to install, since you're just screwing in a light bulb, so that's nice.
Before anyone asks, no, we don't have them hooked up to a dimmer switch.
